Discuss your workflow

Start with the task

Ask about your business. Check the records behind the answer.

This is the workflow being developed, not a demonstration of a released product.

  1. 01

    Describe a purchase or expense

AI Live is being designed to accept spoken tasks, such as a customer purchase or a supplies expense. Unclear amounts, customers or dates should prompt a question instead of a guess.

  2. 02

    Review the draft and confirm

The planned flow turns speech into a structured draft showing the transaction type, amount, person and date. The owner can correct it before explicitly confirming the record.

  3. 03

    Connect customers, memberships and income

A confirmed purchase is planned to connect the customer's history, applicable membership points and income record, avoiding repeated entry across separate lists.

  4. 04

    Review changes and pending work

The home overview and voice queries are planned to show income, expenses, trends and source records alongside pending work. Tax features are limited to reminders, document checklists and status tracking.

Development focus

A clearer way through recurring work.

Customer and membership records

The development scope includes customer profiles, purchase history, basic tags, membership status and point records, helping owners find customers and review their history.

Purchases, income and expenses

Customer purchases, other income and business expenses are planned to share a record system with correction and void history. These management records are not statutory accounts or payments collected by the platform.

Business overview and tax reminders

The product is being developed around summaries, basic trends and pending tasks with links back to the underlying records. Tax reminders organize documents and progress; they do not make tax decisions for the owner.

FAQ

Questions about the product

Who is OpsSense being built for?

OpsSense is being built for sole proprietors and small business owners who manage customers, purchases, income and expenses on their phones. The first version focuses on retail and in-person services, with one owner, one business and one location.

How is voice entry for business records intended to work?

Voice entry is part of the AI Live development scope. The intended flow is to speak, supply any missing information, review a structured draft and explicitly confirm it. Ambiguous amounts, customers or dates need clarification; corrections also require review of their effects.

Will OpsSense file taxes or replace an accountant?

OpsSense does not file tax returns, provide accounting services or give professional tax conclusions. Its planned tax features cover calendars, reminders, document checklists and status tracking. Business management records do not replace statutory accounting or filing.

Will the first version support desktop use, multiple locations or staff collaboration?

The first version is a mobile app, without a customer-facing desktop or web console. It is scoped to the owner and a single business location. Multiple locations are outside the first version, and staff collaboration is a later direction.

Can I use or download OpsSense now?

OpsSense is still in development, with no public download or confirmed release date. This page describes its product direction and intended workflow. Public availability will be announced on the official website.
